About two weeks ago, me and the family went to Casselman's Bar for the Food Network Roller-Derby Cake-off viewing party.  Denver's very own Rachael, owner of Intricate Icings, was one of the contestants on the show.  If you haven't seen any of Rachael's work, check out her website, she is amazingly creative and highly talented!  The images below represent some of the goodies that were at the viewing party.  Rachael is pictured on the big screen, along with her cake-drawing.  The judges faulted her for being "too perfect"...come on man, her cake was AMAZING!!!
