This will be my last blog post for 2010 (I know, dry your tears, I will be back!). I had an amazing year of awesome weddings, a move to Denver and a happy and healthy family of four!
We will be heading up to Spokane, WA for the holidays and then preparing for our destination wedding in Barbados shortly after the holidays. The spring will be full of travel, weddings and mentoring sessions throughout the U.S. Excited to share everything on the 'ole blog.

OK, I am a little embarrassed to post these, but, what the heck, right? Melissa, a personal trainer with Define Fitness, thought it would fun to bring in my camera and take some shots of me working out. Not only is it difficult being on the other side of the camera, but rolling out of bed, getting into my workout clothes, with no make-up is a WHOLE other story!
Melissa has helped me knock off about 10 lbs, so it has been wonderful going to her a couple times a week. Define Fitness sells gift certificate, so if you need that last-minute, look them up, they are FANTASTIC!!!
I used to be a pretty good athlete, but I so don't look coordinated in this next image:

Ryland seems to grace the blog a little more often than Easton, but I do enjoy my time alone with Easton when Ryland is at school and just love these next images I got of E!
We are all about Toy Story at this house and Easton LOVES these little Toy Story characters. He is so intent on balancing Woody on Bullseye and always chants "TO INFINITY AND BEYOND" while he is holding Buzz. We did have a tragic accident in our household. If you follow me on FB, you probably found out that Bullseye is now a three-legged horse and needs to be repaired asap! Probably will have to wait until after Christmas.
In these top two images, Easton is saying "YEEEEHAWWWW" and waving his hand in the air like only a cowboy would do! Here is my little Easton!!

This is not an original idea, I actually learned how to do this a couple years ago from one of my fellow photo board gals.
First, you start out with the supplies below and take any of your favorite Christmas Card templates (mine was the Holiday Headline series from Design Aglow) and shrink them down to about 1.5" x 2.5" (or whatever size you want) in Photoshop. I was able to get quite a few on an 8 x 10 sheet.
I actually ordered my 8 x 10 sheets through MPIXPro and had them mounted so they were nice and sturdy. HOWEVER, prepare for some difficult hole-punching! I think this would work just as good if you print from your home computer on thick card stock.
Next, cut them out with a X-Acto knife and hole punch in the upper left-hand corner.
Last, string them through some ribbon and tie onto your packages for a very personalized Christmas tag!!

Just look at these cute kiddos!! This is a picture of Ryland's Christmas Program, which was performed last week.
I have to tell ya, Ryland is NOT afraid of being on stage...he belted out that song with so much force, I had a huge smile on my face. Good job kiddo!
Oh yeah, and Easton wanted to sing, too. He wanted to start the show with a solo until Dad came up and got him.
