This monday's Gasoline Alley will feature a wonderful event-planning team called Save the Date Events.  Debbie was one of the first ones I got in touch with when I first moved to Denver.  And, although we have formally met in person, she seems like a wonderful person and I can't wait to catch up once wedding season slows down a bit in Denver.

Here are a few questions I asked Debbie about her business.  Enjoy!

1.What is the name of your company and how long have you been in business?
Save the Date Events.  WE have been in business for 5 years.

2. What made you want to go into your line of work?
I planned corporate events for 4 years and really liked all the organization and detail involved. However, I wanted to be more creative with design and also build relationships with my clients. I knew that I would be able to do that if I planned weddings. I also had a very strong desire to have my own business.

3. If you could do one thing over again (personal or business), what would it be?
I would have had a professional website from day one and also would have consulted with a marketing professional at the beginning.

4. What is your favorite thing to eat? Drink?
Salt and vinegar potato chips and Coke (preferably together)

5. What type of music/artist do you LOVE listening to?
I listen to country the most. Toby Keith, Carrie Underwood, Garth, Rascal Flats and Johnny Cash are my favorites. I also like Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake and Rihanna.

6. What do you like to do in your spare time?
Spend time with my 2 year old daughter and husband are my top priorities. I also love hiking, rock climbing, skiing and camping.

7. Lastly, how can clients get ahold of you?

To give a quick explanation, I am going to start having several themed posts popping up on the blog from time-to-time, hopefully on a weekly basis.  My first series is called Gasoline Alley, which features the hard-working vendors in the Denver, Colorado area and nationwide.  If you are interested in being featured on my blog, shoot me an email, I would love to chat with you!!

My first featured vendor is Forbeyon Albums.  I am in love with their products!!  They have three types of albums, Flushmount, Linear and Perfect Bound Albums.  Check out their website to learn more about these amazing albums!  I chatted with Casey, via email, and he was gracious enough to answer a few questions about Forbeyon, enjoy the read!!
